Our adult Sunday school class invites you to a study called *God and Government*, based on a video series produced by the Family Research Council. As our nation approaches the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this study provides an opportunity to reflect on the relationship between biblical faith, government, freedom, and civic responsibility. In a time when politics, culture, and faith often intersect in complicated ways, many Christians wrestle with important questions about how believers should think about and engage public life.

Over the course of fourteen weeks, we will work through the material carefully and thoughtfully, using the video sessions as a starting point for deeper discussion and reflection. Together we will explore biblical teachings related to government, the responsibilities of citizenship, religious liberty, and the role Christians can play in society while remaining faithful to Christ. The class is designed not only to present information, but also to encourage meaningful conversation and careful consideration of these important issues.

We invite all adults to join us for this timely and engaging study. Whether you are especially interested in history, government, biblical teaching, or simply want to better understand how faith relates to public life, this class will offer an opportunity to learn and grow together.
